**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Location:** Maryland  
**Setting:** Remote/Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000 to $120,000 a year  
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Job Summary:**  
We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a remote behavioral health team serving clients throughout Maryland. This role centers on helping people improve family dynamics, strengthen relationships, manage emotional challenges, and work through personal or interpersonal concerns in a virtual setting. You will spend your day providing therapy, documenting sessions, and guiding clients through practical, clinically sound treatment strategies.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
-   Assess presenting concerns and create appropriate treatment goals
-   Provide ongoing therapeutic support based on evidence-based practices
-   Keep accurate progress notes and treatment documentation
-   Identify changes in client needs and respond with appropriate clinical interventions

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or closely related discipline
-   Current Maryland LMFT license in good standing
-   Previous clinical experience in outpatient, telehealth, or private practice settings
-   Ability to manage a full caseload and stay organized throughout the workday
-   Working knowledge of HIPAA-compliant telehealth systems
-   Strong interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills
