**Sales Manager Rewards:**

-   $65k - $75k starting salary + monthly incentive plan

**Sales Manager Responsibilities:**

-   Hire, train, develop & motivate the sales team
-   Hit sales targets
-   Manage the sales process
-   Forecast sales
-   CRM utilization
-   Customer satisfaction

**Sales Manager Requirements:**

-   Sales management experience
-   Proven leadership ability
-   Driven to achieve targets
-   Valid driver’s license
-   Good computer skills
-   Strong business acumen
-   Strong leadership ability
-   Excellent customer service ability
-   Skillful problem solver

**Sales Manager Work Hours:**

-   No Sundays
-   42-48 hours a week
-   Location hours: 9-7 M-F, 9-4 SAT
