We are hiring a **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to support market expansion across Spain.

This role is focused on **outbound prospecting and lead generation**. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings for the closing team.

This is a high-performance, target-driven role suited for candidates who are confident communicators and comfortable with cold outreach.

### ⭐ Responsibilities

-   Conduct outbound prospecting via:

-   Cold calls
-   LinkedIn outreach
-   Email campaigns

-   Identify and engage decision-makers
-   Qualify leads based on defined criteria
-   Book meetings for the internal sales team
-   Maintain accurate CRM tracking and activity logs
-   Consistently meet and exceed outreach and booking targets

## Requirements

### ⭐ Requirements

-   Fluency in **Spanish + English** (mandatory)
-   Previous experience in:

-   SDR / BDR / Telemarketing / Outbound Sales

-   Strong communication and persuasion skills
-   Comfortable handling cold calls and objections
-   Self-driven and performance-oriented
-   Experience using tools like LinkedIn / CRM is a plus
