**Marketing Manager (HubSpot & Email Marketing)**

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to own and optimize our email marketing and marketing automation initiatives through HubSpot. This role will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, platform management, workflow optimization, reporting, and operational excellence across marketing programs.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on HubSpot expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can balance execution, analytics, and process optimization while ensuring flawless campaign delivery.

This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of marketing operations and HubSpot execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Email Marketing & Campaign Execution**

·       Execute and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns within HubSpot

·       Build, test, schedule, and launch marketing emails, nurture streams, and automated workflows

·       Manage audience segmentation, personalization, suppression lists, and campaign targeting

·       Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign engagement and conversion performance

·       Ensure all campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standards

**HubSpot & Marketing Automation Management**

·       Own day-to-day HubSpot operations, including workflows, forms, lists, automation, and campaign setup

·       Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, automation failures, sync errors, and campaign delivery problems

·       Maintain data hygiene and ensure CRM/database integrity across systems

·       Collaborate with Salesforce and other integrated platforms to ensure seamless marketing operations

·       Identify opportunities to improve automation efficiency and scalability

**Reporting & Analytics**

·       Develop and maintain campaign performance dashboards and reporting

·       Analyze email marketing KPIs including deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and pipeline impact

·       Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations based on campaign performance

·       Support leadership with recurring reporting and marketing performance analysis

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**

·       Partner closely with content, creative, digital, analytics, and sales teams to execute campaigns effectively

·       Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, testing, and stakeholder communication

·       Support broader marketing initiatives and operational process improvements

## Requirements

**Requirements**

-   5 years of experience in marketing operations and managing marketing automation tools
-   3-5 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot, specifically focused on email marketing and marketing automation
-   Strong experience building workflows, nurture journeys, segmentation strategies, and automated campaigns
-   Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-   Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimization
-   Exceptional attention to detail and strong QA/testing capabilities
-   Experience with CRM systems and integrations, preferably Salesforce
-   Understanding of email deliverability best practices and marketing operations processes
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-   Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a plus
-   Exposure to B2B marketing environments and lead generation programs is preferred

**Work Schedule & Location**

·       Full-time remote/work-from-home role

·       Candidates can be based anywhere geographically

·       Must be available to work EST business hours: 9:00 AM ET – 6:00 PM ET

·       Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams during EST hours is essential

·       This role requires strong ownership, responsiveness, and the ability to operate independently in a remote work environment.
