## Description

-   Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, and end-user devices.
-   Install, configure, and support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
-   Monitor system performance and ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT services.
-   Administer Active Directory, user accounts, email services, permissions, and access controls.
-   Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.
-   Administer and support the company's Odoo ERP system, including user management, system configuration, troubleshooting, and coordination with external vendors.
-   Provide technical support to Odoo ERP users and ensure the system operates efficiently to support business operations.
-   Perform system backups and ensure disaster recovery and business continuity procedures are in place.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
-   Provide technical support to employees and deliver excellent IT services across the organization.
-   Manage IT assets, software licenses, and inventory.
-   Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations.
-   Support IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and future technology initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-   3–5 years of experience as an IT System Administrator or in a similar role.
-   Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking.
-   Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP administration and user support.
-   Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V) is preferred.
-   Knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or AWS) is an advantage.
-   Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-   Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or CompTIA) are a plus.
