At AI-Blox, we build high-performance, modular hardware for edge AI applications. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager to drive smooth execution across hardware, electronics, logistics, and customer-facing projects. You will play a key role in ensuring our products move from concept to production and delivery with speed, quality, and clarity.

**Your Mission**

🚀 How you'll make an impact:

-   Manage and coordinate end-to-end hardware and electronics projects - from planning to delivery
-   Align scope, priorities, and timelines with engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers
-   Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs across multiple ongoing projects
-   Ensure smooth collaboration with manufacturing partners and logistics providers
-   Drive clear internal and external communication, providing timely project updates
-   Maintain project documentation, reporting, and workflow structure
-   Contribute to continuous improvement in project processes, tooling, and execution
-   Support customer-facing delivery planning and ensure expectations are aligned and met
-   Help ensure quality and reliability by coordinating testing, validation, and feedback loops

## Requirements

🧩 What makes you a great fit:

-   5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in hardware, electronics, robotics, or manufacturing environments
-   Solid understanding of hardware development cycles, BOM management, and supply chain/logistics flows
-   Strong organizational and planning skills - you keep projects moving and people aligned
-   Ability to manage several parallel projects in a fast-paced tech environment
-   A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a structured approach
-   An open mindset that thrives in an inclusive, international team environment
-   Fluency in English
