## Description

-   Acquire new business partners (e.g., gas stations) and train to utilize PetroApp products effectively.
-   Collaborate with the sales team to install PetroApp products for clients and provide training.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
-   Provide operational support to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new business partners.
-   Conduct field visits to address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
-   Monitor operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
-   Maintain up-to-date records related to operations, training, and performance metrics.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
-   At least one year of experience in operations management or a similar role.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a touch of a sales-oriented mindset.
-   Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic work environment.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
-   Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
