### **Property Operations Coordinator (Buildium, PropertyMeld, Bilingual – Remote, U.S. Hours)**

### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a **Property Operations Coordinator** to support **day-to-day property management operations, tenant communication, and maintenance coordination** across multiple markets.

This is a high-execution role where you’ll handle **inbound communication, manage work orders, coordinate vendors, and keep systems organized and up to date**.

If you’re fluent in **English and Spanish**, experienced with **Buildium and PropertyMeld**, and thrive in fast-paced operations — this role is for you.

### **Responsibilities**

### **Client, Tenant & Owner Communication**

-   Serve as the first point of contact for **tenants, owners, and vendors** via phone and email
-   Respond to inquiries in **English and Spanish** promptly and professionally
-   Escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate stakeholders

### **Maintenance & Work Order Management**

-   Manage maintenance requests using **Buildium and PropertyMeld**
-   Triage, prioritize, and assign **work orders based on urgency**
-   Dispatch vendors, track progress, and follow up through completion
-   Ensure accurate documentation of all maintenance activities

### **Operational Coordination**

-   Create, assign, and track operational tasks within the system
-   Coordinate **inspections, showings, and property access**
-   Prepare and send notices (late notices, violations, renewals)
-   Support **move-ins and move-outs**

### **Process & Systems**

-   Follow **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** for consistency and compliance
-   Maintain **organized, audit-ready records** for properties, tenants, and vendors
-   Identify workflow gaps and suggest process improvements

### **Requirements**

-   2+ years of experience in **property management, operations, or customer-facing roles**
-   Hands-on experience with:

-   **Buildium (required)**
-   **PropertyMeld (required)**

-   Fluency in **English and Spanish (spoken and written)**
-   Strong phone presence and written communication skills
-   Ability to manage **high volumes of calls, tasks, and work orders**
-   Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-   Comfortable working **remote during U.S. business hours**

### **Nice to Have**

-   Experience supporting **residential property portfolios across multiple markets**
-   Vendor coordination and maintenance management experience
-   Familiarity with **remote teams and distributed operations**
-   Exposure to **U.S. property management workflows**
