**Position Overview:**  
As a Barista, you will be the face of our café, expertly preparing a variety of coffee beverages while ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. If you love coffee and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Coffee & Beverage Preparation:** Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, Americanos, cold brews, and other specialty beverages. Experience with latte art is a plus.
-   **Customer Service:** Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner, ensuring they have an exceptional experience every time they visit. Take orders, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
-   **Café Operations:** Help maintain a clean and organized café environment. Assist with keeping workstations, equipment, and the dining area clean and well-stocked.
-   **Expediting Orders:** Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure quick service and satisfaction. Assist with order fulfillment and communication with customers.
-   **Team Collaboration:** Work alongside other baristas and café staff to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold Dartcor's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

## Requirements

**Skills & Qualifications:**

-   Prior barista experience or customer-facing experience in a café environment is preferred but not required.
-   Strong proficiency in making coffee beverages, with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation.
-   Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
-   Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude toward customers and team members.
-   A team player with flexibility and willingness to assist with various tasks in the café.
-   Ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to health and safety standards.
-   Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM Schedule
