## Description

Job Responsibilities  
  
\- Prepare detailed drawings and shop drawings independently for assigned projects.  
\- Responsible for producing a full set of technical drawings from concept design to construction stage.  
\- Provide space planning, design conceptualization, and material & colour scheme proposals based on clients’ requirements.  
\- Develop accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings with attention to detail.  
\- Attend client meetings to understand project objectives and translate ideas into workable design solutions.  
\- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.  
\- Perform other duties as assigned.  
  
Job Requirements  
  
\- Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.  
\- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max or SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.  
\- Strong knowledge of detailed drawings, technical drawings, and material specifications.  
\- Able to work independently and manage assigned projects with minimal supervision.  
\- Creative with good design sense and problem-solving skills.  
\- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant interior design experience preferred.
