**Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | In-House**  
**$18–$21/hour**

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a **Healthcare Recruiter** to join our Springfield team. You’ll find, engage, and hire the caregivers and clinicians who make exceptional home care possible.

This is a fast-paced role where **relationships matter, ideas are welcome, and your results make a real impact.**

### What You'll Do

-   Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, events, and creative outreach
-   Screen applicants and identify candidates who are a great fit
-   Build relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience
-   Conduct outreach, follow up, and keep candidates moving through the hiring process
-   Attend hiring events and represent Phoenix in the community
-   Partner with recruiters and leaders to improve hiring strategies
-   Help make Phoenix a place great people want to work

### What You Bring

-   Recruiting experience preferred
-   Healthcare, staffing, or sales experience is a plus
-   Strong communication, phone, and relationship-building skills
-   Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
-   Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office
-   Positive attitude and a **“let’s figure it out”** mindset
