As a Dutch-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Dutch-speaking players, ensuring they have a positive and engaging gaming experience. ### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver timely and empathetic support to Dutch-speaking players via various communication channels, including chat, email, and social media.
-   Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues efficiently and professionally.
-   Gather and communicate player feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement of game features and support services.
-   Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support cases.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and the overall player experience.
-   Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base materials.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch is required; proficiency in English is preferred. Please clearly state your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
-   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach to player interactions.
-   Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
