## Description

Helical Pile Solutions (HPS) is seeking experienced and motivated construction professionals for long-term utility, industrial, infrastructure, renewable energy, transmission line, and substation foundation projects throughout Western Canada.

**POSITIONS AVAILABLE:**

**Foundation Foremen**

**Responsibilities**

-   Lead field crews and coordinate daily activities
-   Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are achieved
-   Read and interpret drawings and specifications
-   Coordinate with project management and clients
-   Complete daily reporting and project documentation

**Preferred Experience**

-   Foundation construction
-   Transmission line projects
-   Utility or civil construction
-   Crew leadership and supervision

**Experienced Vibro Hammer Operator**

**Responsibilities**

-   Operate vibratory hammer systems for installation and extraction of large-diameter steel casing
-   Install temporary casing for drilled shaft and caisson construction
-   Perform equipment setup, inspections, and maintenance
-   Work closely with drilling and crane crews
-   Maintain productivity while meeting safety and quality requirements

**Preferred Experience**

-   Large-diameter caisson construction
-   Temporary steel casing installation
-   Crane-supported vibro hammer systems
-   Utility, transmission line, bridge, or heavy civil projects

**Drill Rig Operators**

**Responsibilities**

-   Operate drilling equipment for foundation construction
-   Install large-diameter drilled caissons and helical pile foundations
-   Support transmission line, substation, industrial, and infrastructure projects
-   Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

**Preferred Experience**

-   Foundation drilling
-   Large-diameter caissons
-   Deep foundation construction
-   Utility, civil, or industrial projects

**Heavy Equipment Operators**

**Responsibilities**

-   Operate construction equipment supporting foundation installation activities
-   Assist with site preparation and material handling
-   Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance
-   Work safely around drilling and foundation operations

**Preferred Experience**

-   Utility, civil, piling, foundation, oilfield, or heavy construction projects

**Foundation Construction Crew Members**

**Responsibilities**

-   Assist with installation of helical piles, rock anchors, and large-diameter caissons
-   Support temporary casing installation
-   Assist with rebar and concrete placement
-   Complete quality control and site support activities
-   Work closely with operators and supervisors

**Preferred Experience**

-   Construction or foundation experience
-   Utility or powerline projects
-   Concrete and reinforcement installation

**Construction Labourers**

**Responsibilities**

-   Site preparation and cleanup
-   Material handling
-   Equipment spotting and labour support
-   General construction duties
-   Assist foundation crews as required

**Preferred Experience**

-   Construction experience considered an asset
-   Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
-   Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

**Welders**

**Responsibilities**

-   Field welding and structural modifications
-   Fabrication of foundation components
-   Equipment and project support
-   Follow project quality and safety requirements

**Preferred Experience**

-   Structural welding
-   Construction or foundation projects
-   CWB certification considered an asset

## Requirements

The following are considered assets:

-   Class 5 Driver's Licence, with Class 1 or 3 considered an asset
-   CSTS
-   First Aid
-   WHMIS
-   Ground Disturbance Certification
-   Equipment certifications
