**THE ROLE**

We're hiring a Marketing Manager on a 12-month parental leave cover starting immediately - with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent Field Marketing Manager role.

We're looking for someone experienced in B2B marketing (ideally in tech), confident with HubSpot and LinkedIn campaigns, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.

**What you'll do:**

You will own and deliver integrated marketing activity that drives pipeline and market awareness:

-   Field marketing and campaigns - plan and execute campaigns, working closely with Sales and SDRs on lead handover, pipeline generation and follow-up
-   Demand generation and partners - run multi-channel campaigns and co-marketing initiatives to drive qualified pipeline
-   Content and messaging - create and adapt content across website pages, socials, campaigns, sales collateral and product announcements
-   Paid social - manage LinkedIn campaigns with an external agency, providing briefs, direction and optimisation input
-   HubSpot and operations - support campaign execution, reporting and lead activity, working with our HubSpot consultancy partner
-   Events and field activity - lead participation in industry events and conferences

## Requirements

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**

-   Experience in B2B marketing in a fast-moving tech or scale-up environment, with strengths in field marketing, demand generation or integrated campaigns
-   Confident working with agencies and partners; comfortable managing paid social (LinkedIn preferred)
-   Hands-on with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
-   Strong writing and content skills - you care about clarity and messaging
-   Interest in open source and open standards; experience in this space is a plus
-   Comfortable working in ambiguity, iterating quickly and creating structure where needed
-   Thrives in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
-   Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to streamline and scale marketing work

**COMPENSATION**

€55,000 - €75,000
