### Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven **Sales Development Representative** to join a growing international organisation operating in the **online education and software development sectors**. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities by connecting with potential students and businesses globally.

Working with a dynamic startup environment, you will play a key role in driving revenue by identifying prospects, building relationships, and converting leads into clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys outreach, relationship building, and working with innovative digital services.

### Responsibilities

-   Generate new business opportunities for both **online education services** and **software development solutions**.
-   Conduct **B2C outreach** to prospective students interested in academic tutoring services.
-   Conduct **B2B outreach** to businesses interested in web development, app development, or AI integration services.
-   Use platforms such as **LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork** to identify and engage potential leads.
-   Perform outreach through **LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, and other prospecting tools**.
-   Qualify leads and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
-   Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity, and conversions within the company’s CRM system.
-   Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve sales processes.
-   Continuously research new markets, industries, and potential customer segments.

### Qualifications and Experience

-   Minimum **3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development**.
-   Experience with **LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork bidding, or similar prospecting tools**.
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
-   Experience selling **digital services, education products, or technology solutions** is advantageous.
-   Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage outreach targets.
-   Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
-   Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management skills.
-   Access to a **reliable laptop and stable high-speed internet connection**.
