Are you a persuasive sales professional with a track record of success in the U.S. market? MyOutDesk (MOD) is looking for a high-performing **Bilingual Inside Sales Representative** to join our team to work with our U.S.-based clients.This isn't just a lead-calling role; you will be the engine of growth.

You will "Work Globally and Live Locally" from our hub in San Isidro. You’ll act as a force multiplier for our client's agents, qualifying leads based on motivation and timeline while setting high-quality appointments. **What You'll Do**

-   **Strategic Sales Execution:** Drive sales and offer client services in English, focusing on high-demand sectors like web domains and digital marketing.
-   **High-Level Engagement:** Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects, qualifying them based on their needs while maintaining an executive-level professional attitude.
-   **Consultative Problem Solving:** Actively identify solutions for client needs and business challenges, demonstrating deep knowledge of corporate products and procedures.
-   **Funnel Management:** Maintain a clean and efficient sales pipeline by accurately documenting interactions and following established protocols.
-   **Communication Excellence:** Demonstrate mastery of the English language through complex objection handling and high-touch customer interactions.

## Requirements

-   **Experience:** 3+ years of verifiable experience in **Sales, SDR, or Lead Generation** supporting U.S.-based businesses. Demonstrated track record of **long-term commitment** and stability in previous roles.
-   **English Fluency:** Advanced/Fluent English (C1-C2) suitable for U.S. corporate communication.
-   **Phone Confidence:** Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections with resilience and composure.
-   **Location:** Must be able to work on-site at our San Isidro headquarters in Lima.
