## Description

Westview International Language School is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated **Art Teacher** for the academic year 2026-2027. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive art curriculum, encouraging creativity, and developing students' artistic skills in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Plan and deliver engaging art lessons that cater to various skill levels and learning styles.
-   Inspire students to explore their creativity and express themselves through diverse artistic mediums.
-   Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
-   Create a classroom environment that fosters artistic exploration and experimentation.
-   Organize and participate in art exhibitions, workshops, and school events to promote student work and the arts community.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art across the curriculum where appropriate.
-   Manage art resources effectively ensuring safety and accessibility.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or related fields.
-   Proven experience teaching art to students at different educational levels preferred.
-   Strong proficiency in various art techniques and mediums.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff.
-   Ability to foster an inclusive and motivating learning environment.
-   Good organizational skills and attention to classroom management.
-   Commitment to student safeguarding and wellbeing.
