### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and live chat, resolving product and service queries with professionalism and empathy.
-   Assist customers with Fitbit device setup, synchronisation, app functionality, and account management to ensure a seamless fitness and wellness experience.

-   Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system, adhering to established quality and compliance standards.

-   Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators, contributing to a positive and high-performing team culture.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Danish language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate confidently and professionally with Danish-speaking customers.
-   Valid EU passport (mandatory).
-   A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, wearable technology, or health-focused consumer products is highly advantageous.
-   Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or a related client-facing role is preferred but not strictly required — full training is provided.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
-   Good working knowledge of digital tools, mobile applications, and basic technical troubleshooting processes.
-   Excellent communication skills in English (in addition to Danish) to collaborate effectively within the international team environment.
