## Description

Creed Medical is looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSP). In this pivotal role, you will provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting them with daily living activities, fostering independence, and promoting community engagement. As a DSP at Creed Medical, you will play an essential role in enhancing the lives of those you serve by offering personalized care and encouragement. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist individuals with personal care tasks, meal preparation, and household duties.
-   Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities.
-   Implement individualized care plans, documenting progress and reporting any changes.
-   Provide emotional support and encouragement, building trusting relationships.
-   Maintain safety standards and a clean living environment for clients.
-   Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in direct care is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Compassionate approach with patience and a desire to help others.
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community outings.
-   Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
-   CPR and First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain after hire.
