### Responsibilities

-   Engage with Turkish-speaking clients to comprehensively understand their business challenges and requirements.
-   Develop and recommend customized digital solutions aligned with client goals.
-   Conduct detailed product demonstrations and training sessions to empower clients in maximizing solution benefits.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective strategies that enhance client success.
-   Maintain and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
-   Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide clients with insightful advice.
-   Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly to ensure seamless use of solutions.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Turkish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

-   Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
-   Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
-   Experience working with CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Willingness and ability to relocate to Sofia, supported by the relocation package.
