## Description

Join our team and play a key role in shaping and maintaining our global Workday organizational structure.  
  
Functional Accountabilities:  
\- Manage and maintain Workday Supervisory Organizations globally, including:  
a) Creating, modifying, splitting, and assigning superior organizations.  
b) Maintaining organizational hierarchies and reporting structures.  
\- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure Workday organizational design aligns with business structures.  
\- Provide guidance and support on organizational changes, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives  
\- Support Workday security role assignments and inheritance within supervisory organizations.  
\- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve organizational structure and data-related issues.  
\- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and governance of Workday Supervisory Organization management.
