Join the Kinisla Early Careers Programme and gain meaningful experience in a dynamic, innovation-driven dairy business. This placement is for 6 months commencing March 2027 with the opportunity to apply to our Listowel, or Charleville site. You will build practical skills, learn from experienced colleagues, be among the first to hear about our Graduate Programme opportunities and earn a competitive salary.

**Description and Responsibilities:**

You will have a fantastic opportunity to learn from our manufacturing experts within the business and get experience of working cross functionally, which will build your cross-enterprise knowledge of the business. You will learn about the Kinisla business drivers, measures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), its process capability, products, and customers.

You will also:

-   Support the Site Strategic Agenda, bringing it to life on a day-to-day basis within your role.
-   Ensure the successful implementation and embedding of the Kinisla Manufacturing Standard.
-   Learn how to become an empowered people leader.
-   Work on projects from capital investment to process improvement initiatives, ensuring that best-practice project management principles are followed.
-   Facilitate and support management teams involved in major transformational projects.
-   Understand the role manufacturing has to play in contributing to our overall sustainability agenda.

**What You Need to Apply:**

-   Studying Engineering, Food Science or a related degree.
-   Results-oriented.
-   A motivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed.
-   An exceptional communicator.
-   Able to work effectively both in a team and independently.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
-   Good organisational and time management skills.
