**Physical Therapist Director**

**About This Position**

We are recruiting a Physical Therapist Director for a full-time outpatient role in Berryville, VA. The position offers **$90,000-$120,000 per year** and follows a steady **Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM** schedule.

This is a strong fit for a Physical Therapist who enjoys the clinical side of care but also wants to help lead the larger picture: staff support, treatment quality, documentation, communication, and daily clinic operations.

**How This Role Supports the Clinic**

As the Physical Therapist Director, your work will help patients receive clear evaluations, focused treatment plans, and consistent follow-through. You will also help the clinical team stay organized and supported throughout the day.

**Responsibilities**

-   Complete patient evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
-   Develop care plans based on diagnosis, function, and patient goals
-   Treat patients recovering from injuries, surgery, pain, weakness, and mobility limitations
-   Support staff with treatment progression and clinical decision-making
-   Review care plans, progress notes, and documentation for compliance
-   Help coordinate patient flow and daily clinic priorities

## Requirements

-   Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
-   Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
-   Outpatient physical therapy experience required
-   Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
-   Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
-   Ability to lead with clear communication and practical direction
