This role provides a variety of activities—including _**customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance**_—making it ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Though preferred, this hands-on, foundational role doesn’t require prior industry experience; we provide world-class training to set you up for success from day one!

## Requirements

This role supports the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

_**Customer Service & Sales**_

-   Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
-   Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations

_**Warehouse & Yard Operations**_

-   Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.

_**Inventory Management**_

-   Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
-   Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.

_**Delivery and Transportation**_

-   Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
-   Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.

**Requirements**

-   Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-   Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
-   Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
-   Strong work ethic and reliability
-   Basic math and communication skills
-   An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service
-   Preferred, but not required…
-   Warehouse associate experience
-   Delivery driver experience
-   Forklift certification
-   Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials (remember, our training rocks)
-   Spanish Bi-Lingual is always a plus
