## Description

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Project Planner** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure successful project delivery. You will collaborate closely with project managers and various teams to align schedules with project objectives and milestones. Your expertise in planning tools and techniques will contribute significantly to the smooth execution of projects, helping to identify potential delays and optimize resource allocation. ### Responsibilities

-   Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in alignment with project scopes and timelines.
-   Coordinate with project teams to gather information and update schedules regularly.
-   Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks and delays.
-   Provide timely reports and updates to project managers and stakeholders.
-   Assist in resource allocation and planning to support project requirements.
-   Utilize project management software to track and report on project milestones and deliverables.
-   Support continuous improvement of planning processes and methodologies.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
-   Proven experience in project planning and scheduling.
-   Proficiency with project management and scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-   Familiarity with project management best practices and methodologies.
-   Certification in project planning or project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP) is a plus.
