## Description

IT Administrator is responsible for the daily support of the company's employees in computerization issues either in software or hardware, including setup of endpoints (PCs/Mac) and their maintenance. The role extends to peripherals used in our offices.

### Main Responsibilities

-   Administer, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure including Endpoints, Printers, Network systems, internal Servers etc.
-   Setup endpoints (PCs/Mac) and continuously optimize setup process
-   Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or patches as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of the company's activities.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues (Printers, Servers, Endpoints etc), software, and network issues promptly.
-   Provide technical support and training for staff on IT best practices and system use.
-   Manage user accounts (M365), permissions, and access controls with an emphasis on security and compliance.
-   Manage sharepoint/Azure DevOps and various other access to employees.
-   Propose solutions and ensure security, privacy and back up.
-   Create automation scripts.
-   Ensure the implementation of procedures and practices so that the company is compatible with GDPR legislation.
-   Create/maintain IT documentation, IT Asset Inventory, and Procedures.
-   Ensure adherence to IT policies, data protection regulations, and company standards.
-   Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and new technology implementations.
-   Participate in communications with suppliers in his/her area of responsibility (mostly equipment purchasing).
-   Maintain and enrich his/her professional and technical knowledge.
-   Acquire required Azure certifications, which are provided by the company

### Qualifications

-   Degree TEI or IEK in Informatics

-   Experience of at least 2-3 years in a corresponding position
-   Very good knowledge in operating systems (Windows/Mac/Linux) and peripherals, Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft SQL Server, Internet Information Services (IIS), DNS functionality, mail service.
-   Very good knowledge of English
-   Basic scripting knowledge (powershell, bash)
-   Knowledge of virtualization services (mainly Azure Services, such as VMs, Load Balancers, Security Groups, Application Gateways, VPN, etc.) is desirable
-   Knowledge of GDPR predictions desirable
-   Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: AZ-104, AZ-700, AZ-305, AZ-140 CompTIA Network+, Linux+) will be considered a plus.
