## Description

**Remote LCSW Therapist for North Carolina Clients | Full-Time Clinical Role**

**Job Summary**

Many clients are looking for therapy that feels accessible, consistent, and easy to attend from home. This **remote LCSW position** helps make that possible for individuals across North Carolina.

In this role, you will provide virtual therapy sessions, complete assessments, guide clients through treatment goals, and help them manage concerns that affect their daily lives. The work may include supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family strain, relationship concerns, work-related stress, or major personal transitions.

This is a client-facing clinical role for a therapist who can bring strong judgment, clear documentation, and a steady therapeutic presence to remote care.

**Responsibilities**

-   Hold scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with assigned clients
-   Complete clinical evaluations and identify treatment needs
-   Develop care plans that are realistic, measurable, and client-centered
-   Provide therapy that supports symptom management, coping skills, and emotional stability
-   Document each session clearly and within required timeframes
-   Review client progress and adjust goals as treatment continues
-   Maintain confidentiality during all virtual sessions and communications
-   Use sound clinical judgment when clients present with risk or urgent concerns
-   Provide referral support when a client may benefit from additional resources

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Active and unrestricted **LCSW license in North Carolina**
-   Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
-   Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
-   Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
-   Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in clinical care

## Benefits

-   Salary: **$115,000–$120,000 per year**
