Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Finnish Speaking Mobile Support Specialist. This role is suited for individuals who share a passion for mobile technology and excel in providing exceptional customer service. As a Mobile Support Specialist, you will assist Finnish-speaking clients with their mobile device inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a positive and effective customer experience.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide expert support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with various mobile device-related inquiries.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical problems related to mobile applications, connectivity, and device settings.
-   Assist customers in optimizing their use of mobile devices and provide personalized solutions based on their specific needs.
-   Document all support interactions and solutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
-   Coordinate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to enhancing support processes.
-   Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved and confirm satisfaction with the support provided.
-   Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile technology to offer informed and effective support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
-   Previous experience in mobile support or technical support is preferred.
-   Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, particularly concerning mobile devices.
-   Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
-   Familiarity with mobile applications and support tools is a plus.
-   Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote working environment.
-   A strong interest in technology and a commitment to ongoing professional development in the mobile industry.
