## Description

We are seeking an experienced and commercially-minded **Head of Revenue Operations** to lead and scale our RevOps function globally. This individual will bring proven experience in building and operating high-performing RevOps functions, implementing best-in-class processes, and leveraging data, systems, and AI to drive revenue growth.

They will play a central role in improving execution across the revenue engine—freeing up sales, relationship management, and client teams to focus on driving revenue.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Strategy & Leadership**

-   Own and evolve the global RevOps strategy aligned to company growth objectives
-   Partner with CRO and leadership team on sales strategy, planning, and execution
-   Drive alignment across Sales, Client Management, Product, Marketing, and Finance
-   Define and track OKRs and revenue targets

**Process Optimisation**

-   Design and optimise scalable revenue processes across the full lifecycle (lead gen → retention)
-   Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
-   Enhance sales enablement frameworks

**AI, Automation & Innovation**

-   Identify and implement AI-driven solutions across the revenue lifecycle
-   Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce admin
-   Evaluate and deploy tools across CRM automation, forecasting, and sales enablement
-   Act as a key advisor on how AI can enhance revenue performance

**Technology & CRM**

-   Own and optimise the revenue tech stack (HubSpot, Asana, etc.)
-   Ensure strong data hygiene, adoption, and system integration
-   Establish best practices and governance across CRM usage

**Data & Reporting**

-   Build dashboards and reporting frameworks
-   Deliver insights to support decision-making
-   Improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility

**Revenue Enablement**

-   Support and challenge revenue teams to hit targets
-   Develop onboarding and ramp frameworks
-   Partner with Product and Client teams on feedback loops
-   Support pricing and commercial initiatives

**Stakeholder Management**

-   Act as central connector across revenue-related teams
-   Chair revenue forums (e.g. RLT)
-   Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders including ExCo

## Requirements

**Essential**

-   Proven experience in a **Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations leadership role**
-   Track record of **building and scaling RevOps functions**
-   Strong experience with **CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce)**
-   Experience working closely with senior commercial leadership (CRO/CCO level)

**AI & Automation**

-   Strong understanding of **AI tools and use cases in revenue environments**
-   Practical experience implementing **automation and AI-driven workflows**
-   Ability to identify high-impact opportunities to improve productivity through AI
