## Description

We are looking for a **Growth & Partnerships Manager** to help expand GO Media’s network of sponsors and media partners.

This role sits at the intersection of **marketing, partnerships, and growth**. You will identify and develop relationships with brands, organizations, and media platforms that want to collaborate with GO Media’s growing audience and content network.

You will play a key role in building creative sponsorship opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and helping shape new revenue-generating collaborations.

### Key Responsibilities

### Prospecting & Outreach

-   Research and identify potential sponsors, partners, and institutional subscription prospects
-   Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and networking
-   Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior team members when appropriate
-   Maintain organized prospect lists and CRM records

### Develop Strategic Partnerships

-   Identify and cultivate relationships with brands, sponsors, and media partners
-   Build a pipeline of potential sponsorship and partnership opportunities
-   Initiate conversations with organizations that align with GO Media’s audiences and platforms

### Create Sponsorship Opportunities

-   Collaborate with leadership to develop creative sponsorship programs
-   Design partnership opportunities across media, content, and events
-   Help brands integrate into GO Media’s ecosystem through strategic collaborations

### Build Long-Term Relationships

-   Maintain strong relationships with partners and sponsors
-   Identify opportunities to expand partnerships over time
-   Ensure partnerships deliver value for both sponsors and audiences

### Support Growth of the Media Ecosystem

-   Identify new collaboration opportunities with creators, organizations, and media platforms
-   Contribute ideas for new sponsorship programs or partnership initiatives
-   Help grow GO Media’s broader network of industry relationships

### Collaborate With Internal Teams

-   Work with marketing and leadership to execute sponsorship initiatives
-   Coordinate partnership deliverables and campaigns
-   Contribute ideas for new growth opportunities and brand collaborations

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

This is an in-office only position
