### **About the role**

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor, you’ll support customers with questions related to mobile services, internet and home products.

You’ll help solve customer enquiries while delivering an excellent customer experience. You’ll also identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that create value for the customer.

Your daily tasks will include:

-   Providing customer support via phone
-   Assisting customers with mobile, broadband and TV-related enquiries
-   Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
-   Delivering friendly and professional customer service
-   Identifying relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities
-   Working closely with colleagues in an international team

## Requirements

### **What we’re looking for**

-   Native-level Dutch (C2)
-   Good English skills (minimum B1)
-   Strong communication and customer service skills
-   Commercial mindset with confidence speaking to customers
-   Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
-   Positive attitude and solution-oriented approach
-   EU passport or the legal right to work in Spain
