**Compensation:**

-   **Salary: $21.00 +**

Looking for - Chip Seal:

**Roller Operator** – Operates roller equipment to compact chip seal surfaces  
**Requirement:** Minimum **2 years of roller experience.**

**Kick Broom Operator** – Removes excess aggregate to maintain a smooth roadway  
**Requirement:** Minimum 1 **years of kick broom experience.**

**Laborer** – Assists the chip seal crew with general tasks and site support  
**Experience:** Prior construction or roadway experience preferred, but not required

**Requirements:** Valid driver’s license

with Navajo preference to work at a job site located near Tuba City, AZ. Positions are starting at $21 an hour.
