## Description

We're looking for a **Full-Cycle Sales Representative** to be the first dedicated sales hire at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company serving field service and operations businesses. You will own the entire sales funnel end to end — from inbound lead response and outbound prospecting through discovery, demo, proposal, and close. This is not an appointment-setting role.

You will be the single sales seat reporting directly to the founder. That means full ownership of pipeline, CRM hygiene, SOP execution, and closing — software subscriptions and professional services packages both. If you are a proven closer who can work independently, follow a documented process without being micromanaged, and take genuine ownership of revenue outcomes in an early-stage environment, this role is a strong fit.

Why You'll Want to Join

- You will be paid in **USD** (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
- **Paid Time Off** in accordance with company policy
- Observance of **Holidays** per company guidelines
- **100% remote setup** so you can work wherever you're most productive
- This role requires availability during **US business hours**
- Additional financial incentives for professional services closings
- First sales hire with direct access to the founder and real influence over how the sales function is built
- High-ownership role with direct impact on revenue and company growth

What You'll Work On

**Full-Funnel Sales Ownership**

- Own the complete sales cycle from research and outreach through qualification, demo, proposal, close, and handoff to onboarding
- Engage inbound leads immediately via call, email, and SMS as defined in the sales SOP — speed to lead is a hard expectation
- Run structured discovery conversations covering pain, current tools, decision process, timeline, and budget signals
- Lead product demos with support from the customer success team
- Send proposals and quotes, chase signatures, and confirm kickoff details for every won deal
- Close both software subscription plans and professional services and onboarding packages

**Outbound Prospecting**

- Research target accounts and build call lists proactively
- Conduct cold and warm outbound calls and emails to book meetings
- Maintain a consistent outbound motion alongside inbound lead response

**CRM and Pipeline Management**

- Own CRM management day to day including pipeline stages, fields, tags, sequences, and logging every touch
- Keep pipeline hygiene tight with next steps, close dates, and notes always current and accurate
- Maintain CRM and SOP usage at a standard the founder can trust without checking behind you

**Reporting and Process Contribution**

- Provide light weekly reporting covering activity, pipeline, wins, losses, and blockers
- Feed the product and marketing teams with real call insights including ICP feedback, common objections, and feature requests
- Help refine scripts, talk tracks, and ICP definitions as the sales function scales from founder-led to team-led
- Handle objections and negotiate within approved pricing guidelines, escalating edge cases to leadership

What You Bring

- Proven experience closing or strongly contributing to closing B2B software or high-consideration sales — not appointment setting only
- Excellent spoken English with the confidence and presence to lead live demos and discovery calls independently
- Self-directed and high ownership mindset — comfortable being the only sales person reporting directly to a founder
- Strong CRM discipline with the ability to follow a documented sales SOP consistently without being reminded
- Reliable availability during US business hours with strong outbound phone skills

Nice to Have

- Spanish language skills for communicating with Spanish-speaking clients
- Experience selling to SMB, field service, or trade service businesses
- Prior experience as an early or first sales hire at a startup
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel

How to Apply

Please include:

1. Your **updated resume**
2. A **short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes)** introducing yourself, describing your full-cycle B2B sales experience, and walking through a deal you owned from first contact through close — including how you ran discovery and handled objections along the way

**Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.**

If you are a proven closer who takes full ownership of your pipeline, follows process without being micromanaged, and wants to be the person who builds the sales function from the ground up at an early-stage SaaS company, this role gives you the autonomy and the direct impact to do your best work.
