Write clean code with guidance, and consistently follow stated best practices. - _UI/UX design_: collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to implement user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Use modern tools and frameworks to build rich, beautiful user experiences. - _Front-end development_: Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern server-side frameworks (Ruby on Rails Hotwire or Phoenix LiveView) to implement responsive and dynamic front-end solutions. - _Back-end development_: design and develop RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and manage databases using PostgreSQL or similar technologies. - _Code quality_: write code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code reviews. Look to simplify code solutions. - _Testing and debugging_: write and conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure the stability and efficiency of applications. - _Delivery_: own the entire life cycle of a piece of work, shipping features and small improvements, seeking appropriate assistance and guidance from the team.
