## Description

The Product and Operations Associate is an execution-focused and collaborative role supporting the day-to-day priorities and initiatives of Cabana's President & Chief Operating Officer, product team, and clinical operations team.

This person will help keep important initiatives organized, moving, and completed. The ideal candidate is extroverted in personality, proactive, highly organized, comfortable working independently, and able to coordinate effectively across multiple teams. There will be weekly community events this role will need to organize and attend in person as well as periodically visit client sites in Louisiana.

This role is well suited for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure to startup operations, product development, and community engagement while building the skills needed to grow into a larger role over time.
