## Description

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch Speaking Reservations Agent to provide exceptional customer service for Booking.com while working remotely from Greece. This role allows you to utilize your Dutch language skills in a flexible remote work environment, assisting customers with their accommodation booking needs.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist Dutch-speaking customers with accommodation bookings through phone, email, and chat channels.
-   Provide accurate and detailed information about properties, prices, and Booking.com's policies.
-   Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
-   Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues professionally and promptly.
-   Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions using Booking.com's reservation system.
-   Collaborate with remote team members to continuously improve service quality and customer experience.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
-   Experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality industries is preferred.
-   Comfortable working remotely with strong self-motivation and discipline.
-   Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
-   Familiarity with online booking platforms and CRM systems.
-   Ability to handle customer challenges calmly and effectively.
-   Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
