### IM / Med-Peds Nocturnist Hospitalist

**Kenansville, North Carolina**

A community hospital in **Kenansville, North Carolina** is seeking a **Board Eligible or Board Certified Internal Medicine or Med-Peds Physician** to join a high-quality **Nocturnist Hospitalist program**. This role is ideal for physicians interested in night-based inpatient care within a collaborative hospitalist team.

### Opportunity Highlights:

-   Employment within a **physician-led hospitalist program**
-   Hospital privileges at an **81-bed community hospital**
-   Established **Med-Peds hospitalist team** consisting of **6 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider**
-   Flexible nocturnist scheduling options:

-   **Three (3) 14-hour shifts per week**, or
-   **Six (6) 14-hour shifts every other week** ,

-   Hospitalist service manages a **9-bed open ICU** with **tele-intensivist support**
-   ICU responsibilities include:

-   Ventilator management
-   Lumbar punctures
-   Central line placement

-   **Fully integrated electronic medical record (EMR)** system
-   Broad specialty support, including:

-   General Surgery
-   Cardiology
-   Otolaryngology
-   Orthopedic Surgery
-   Obstetrics & Gynecology
-   Gastroenterology
-   Nephrology
-   Ophthalmology
-   Sleep Medicine
-   Speech Therapy
-   Physical Therapy

-   Average nightly admission volume of **approximately 6 patients**
