## Requirements

**The Role**

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive operations professional to support the smooth running of our business across multiple functions. This is a varied role at the heart of the organisation, working closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and the Leadership Team to keep workflows moving and ensure our clients and consultants are well supported.

A core part of the role involves sales operations and reporting. You'll be responsible for producing weekly client reports and project updates, supporting pipeline tracking and forecasting, and administering our CRM to maintain data quality, dashboards, and reporting accuracy. Alongside this, you'll manage client and contract coordination, including the preparation and follow-up of SOWs, renewals, and extensions, as well as liaising with client procurement and finance teams to resolve any outstanding items.

**What You’ll Be Doing** 

Sales Operations and Reporting

-   Weekly client reporting and performance updates
-   Sales pipeline tracking and forecasting support
-   CRM administration (data quality, dashboards, reporting)

Client and Contract Management

-   Coordination of SOWs, renewals, and extensions
-   Follow-up and escalation of outstanding contracts
-   Liaison with client procurement and finance teams

 Cross-Functional Coordination

-   Key link between Sales, Finance, and HR
-   Managing workflows across teams to ensure continuity

People and Systems Administration

-   Leave tracking and approvals
-   Timesheet coordination

 Project and Document Support

-   Project coordination and admin support
-   Creation and maintenance of consultant profiles
-   Formatting of decks, SOWs, and client materials

Compliance and Governance

-   ISO 27001 audit support and documentation

General Operations

-   Ad hoc support to the local and global leadership team
-   Ongoing BAU business administration
