## Description

**Omicron Hotels Group** is looking for an organized, responsible, and communicative **Reservations Supervisor** to oversee the coordination and smooth operation of the Reservations Department, contributing to the effective management of reservations, availability, and agency partnerships.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Reservations Department.
-   Monitor rates, pricing policies, and correct rate application.
-   Prepare and monitor statistical reports.
-   Manage contracts with Travel Agencies (TAs) and Tour Operators (TOs).
-   Manage and monitor the payment system.
-   Manage the reservations plan and availability across online booking channels.
-   Maintain close cooperation and daily communication with partner agencies.
-   Work closely with the Front Office Department to ensure accurate and timely updates regarding arrivals, departures, and cancellations.
-   Collaborate with the Accounting Department on matters relating to invoicing, payments, and outstanding financial issues.
-   Monitor the accurate entry and management of reservations.
-   Coordinate and resolve issues arising throughout the reservation process.

### **Required Qualifications**

-   Previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
-   Excellent knowledge of the reservations process and online distribution channels.
-   Excellent computer skills and proficiency in hotel management systems.
-   Excellent command of the English language.
-   Excellent organizational and communication skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively under pressure.
-   Professionalism, responsibility, and strong attention to detail.
