## Description

**Westview International Language School** is seeking a skilled and compassionate **School Counselor** to join our dynamic team. The School Counselor will play a vital role in supporting the social, emotional, and academic well-being of students, providing guidance and counseling services tailored to their unique needs.

The ideal candidate will work closely with students, parents, and staff to foster a positive and nurturing school environment.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
-   Experience in school counseling or related roles, preferably within an educational setting.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
-   Understanding of child and adolescent development and mental health issues.
-   Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional ethics.
-   Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding policies.
