At Quento, we empower our people to innovate and lead in delivering transformative ICT solutions to our clients worldwide. Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced **Functional Business Analyst,** specializing in Oracle Cloud HCM.  
  
**Responsibilities:**

-   Address complex issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM implemented functionality and integrations, proposing appropriate solutions or workarounds based on functional expertise
-   Analyze business requirements and produce clear, complete, and traceable functional documentation, ensuring proper system configuration and long-term maintainability
-   Perform Fit-Gap analysis to assess alignment between business needs and Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities, and recommend suitable solutions
-   Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues and propose effective corrective actions
-   Implement and support configuration changes in Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring alignment with approved business requirements
-   Manage and support defect management processes, including raising, tracking, and validating fixes in collaboration with Oracle Support or internal IT teams, ensuring proper documentation of outcomes
-   Contribute to the implementation of high-quality HCM configurations, validated through structured testing and aligned with defined business processes
-   Document business and functional requirements, ensuring full traceability from requirements through to configuration and testing phases
-   Support solution design and validation activities, ensuring that proposed solutions meet business needs and system constraints
-   Assist in user adoption activities, including supporting testing cycles and facilitating understanding of system functionalities

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in business  administration, computer science or  technical sciences wit a minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
-   Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional consultant for Oracle Cloud HCM
-   Previous experience with the following is required:
-   Oracle HCM Core HR is required(assignment, workforce structures, position synchronization, self-service Journeys/guided journeys,
-   Workflows, document of records, base compensation, salary basis, progression grade ladders, graSende rates, etc)
-   Oracle HCM Security (Areas of responsibility, Data Roles, Auditing)
-   Data analysis, data migration, mass uploads (HDL, Spreadsheet Loader)
-   Integration between Oracle Cloud HCM and other systems
-   Knowledge or previous experience with PeopleSoft HCM as an implementor or functional system administrator will be a plus
-   Team oriented with excellent communication skills in English of B2 level or above is required.
