An RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer designs, builds, and maintains software robots that automate repetitive, manual business processes. They translate business requirements into technical workflows, streamline operations, reduce errors, and improve overall organizational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provides high level of expertise in the design and functionality of business applications
-   Understands the business objectives and how best they can be supported by IT
-   Responsible for the conceptual design of business applications
-   Reviews and validates the technical design for business applications provided by the supplier
-   Performs quality review checks on project deliverables
-   Validates suppliers estimates
-   Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components
-   Reviews and validates the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements
-   Evaluate existing operations to identify which tasks are best suited for automation.
-   Design, develop, and test scalable automation workflows using core RPA platforms.
-   Connect software robots to enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) and databases using APIs.
-   Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot production issues, and update robots when underlying application interfaces change.
-   Create and maintain technical specifications, process definition documents (PDDs), and end-user guides.
-   Work along side stakeholder and business owners, performing testing and BAU support

## Requirements

-   4+ years of experience working in RPA Automation
-   Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like UiPath and Power Automate
-   Understanding of database querying
-   Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving under ambiguous conditions, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
