## Description

Voulgaris Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Assistant Waiter to join our team. As an Assistant Waiter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the exceptional dining experience our guests have come to expect from our hotels. ### Responsibilities

-   Assist waitstaff in setting up tables and ensuring they are clean and presentable for guests.
-   Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide them with menus.
-   Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently.
-   Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring a prompt and courteous service.
-   Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or complaints.
-   Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests.
-   Work closely with the waitstaff team to provide a seamless dining experience.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
-   Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
-   Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and etiquette.
