**About the role**…

We’re looking for a talented Project Manager to join our forward-thinking and dynamic Portfolio team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering strategic projects that support our growing partnerships with local councils and private landlords.

A key focus of this role will be supporting our partnership with Essex County Council, one of our most significant contracts, which will see almost 200 bus shelters installed across the county over the next eight years. Alongside this major programme, you’ll also lead the delivery of a range of special projects, each varying in size, complexity and scope.

You’ll bring structure, organisation and strong project management expertise to ensure these initiatives are effectively mobilised, planned and delivered. Working with teams across the business, you’ll help us achieve successful outcomes, maintain strong client relationships and continue to deliver projects on time and within budget.

**What you'll be doing**

As Project Manager, you’ll manage a varied portfolio of projects, from large-scale strategic initiatives to smaller programmes of work. You’ll work collaboratively with teams across the business, managing priorities, dependencies and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet agreed requirements, KPIs and service level agreements.
- Developing and maintaining robust project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, decision points and risks.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration, prioritisation and delivery.
- Establishing and maintaining strong project governance, including kick-offs, stakeholder meetings, reporting and clear ways of working.
- Managing risks, issues and dependencies through effective RAID management, escalating where required and ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
- Providing clear project updates through trackers, dashboards and reporting to support decision-making and visibility.

**Who are you?**

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

You’ll have:

- Extensive experience managing projects of varying size, value and complexity.
- A **PRINCE2 qualification (essential)**.
- Proven experience delivering projects from initiation through to successful completion.
- Strong experience in project planning, RAID management, risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.
- The ability to confidently lead meetings, influence stakeholders and drive decisions.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to overcome challenges and identify process improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly understand and adapt to new processes.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other project management tools.
- Experience working within manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, streetworks or similar project-based environments would be highly desirable
