As a Polish-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Riot Games, you will serve as the first point of contact for Polish-speaking players, delivering exceptional support and ensuring a seamless and engaging gaming experience. ### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Provide professional and timely support to Polish-speaking players through channels such as chat, email, and social media.
-   Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of empathy and professionalism.
-   Collect player feedback and communicate insights to improve Riot Games’ products and services.
-   Maintain clear and accurate records of player interactions and support cases.
-   Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance support workflows and player experiences.
-   Assist in the development and maintenance of support documentation and a knowledge base.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Polish is mandatory; proficiency in English is strongly preferred. Please clearly specify your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
-   A deep passion for gaming and familiarity with Riot Games’ titles and gaming communities.
-   Previous experience in customer support or player support roles, preferably within the gaming industry, is a significant advantage.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with players professionally and empathetically.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
-   A positive, team-oriented attitude with an eagerness to learn and adapt.
-   Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; full relocation package provided.
