### Responsibilities

-   Deliver personalized support to VIP French-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
-   Foster and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
-   Address complex inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a swift resolution to uphold customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure continued satisfaction.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and effectively resolve customer issues.
-   Proactively seek feedback from clients to identify areas for service improvement and enhance the overall experience.
-   Stay well-informed of the latest products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and relevant guidance to customers.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably with VIP clients.
-   Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
-   Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
-   A proactive and customer-centric mindset, dedicated to providing outstanding service.
