**Your everyday work-life**

-   Analyze complex processes and customer journeys, proactively identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
-   Own the translation of business needs into clear, well-structured requirements and user stories with defined acceptance criteria
-   Manage stakeholder interactions end-to-end, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely resolution of blockers
-   Lead and coordinate testing activities (UAT/regression), ensuring quality delivery and proper tracking of issues
-   Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to analysis standards (e.g. DoR) across all deliverables

**As an ideal fit, you should have**

-   Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a software development / Agile environment (2+ years)
-   Strong analytical thinking and a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem solving
-   Solid stakeholder management experience, with the ability to drive alignment across teams
-   Good understanding of end-to-end digital journeys and dependency management
-   Hands-on experience supporting testing activities and working closely with QA teams
-   Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
-   Experience with tools such as Jira / Confluence / Azure DevOps
