## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Czech Speaking Content Moderator to work in Sofia, Bulgaria with a paid relocation package. This role provides a chance to join a dynamic team focused on maintaining a safe and welcoming online community for Czech-speaking users. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and managing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and company policies.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate user-generated content in Czech to ensure it adheres to community guidelines.
-   Classify and assess content according to established moderation policies.
-   Identify and report inappropriate or violating content to the relevant teams.
-   Provide insights and feedback on content trends and user interaction to improve moderation practices.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to refine moderation processes and enhance user experience.
-   Stay updated on company policies related to content moderation and community standards.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Prior experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply guidelines.
-   Excellent communication skills for clearly articulating moderation decisions.
-   Skill in handling sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
-   Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
-   Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
