Job Responsibilities:  
\- In charge of all food preparation and kitchen operations  
\- Perform basic food preparation, ingredient handling, and knife work  
\- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards  
\- Ensure food quality and consistency  
\- Assist in menu development and creation of new dishes  
\- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations  
  
Requirements:  
\- Experience in café or Western-style kitchen preferred  
\- Basic food preparation and knife skills  
\- Passionate about cooking and open to creating new dishes  
\- Team player with good communication skills  
\- Responsible, cooperative, and positive working attitude  
\- Able to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
