**Who We’re Looking For:**

-   Fresh graduates (or up to 1 year post-graduation)
-   Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Logistics, etc.)
-   Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-   Passionate about the energy sector and sustainable growth
